The Myers' cocktail is a classic and effective combination of B vitamins, vitamin C, magnesium, and calcium.  This great bag was developed by Dr John Myers in the 1960s. The Myers' cocktail has shown effectiveness in treating chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, and supports recovery from illness and athletic events. Great "beginner" cocktail.
